Eight students from the Higher National School of Administration of the Kingdom of Morocco(ENSA) wrapped up a 9-day capacity building study program at BAI on June 29, gaining insights into China’s development model and governance experience.
Tailored to Morocco’s developmental priorities, the curriculum blended lectures, field studies, and cultural visits to cover topics like China’s path to modernization, Beijing’s urban governance, rural revitalization, and tech innovation hubs. Participants toured representative sites in Beijing including High-Level Autonomous Driving Exhibition Center,Robot World, Da Jixiang Alley and Yanqi Lake International Convention Center. The field studies offered glimpses of governance in action—from cutting-edge technologies, urban governanceto hosting global events.
At the closing ceremony on June 28,Mr.Nadah Hassan,the representative teacher from ENSA, commented that the study program provides a solid foundation for future exchanges, joint initiatives, and stronger ties between two institutions schools and two countries. Ms. El Khalfi Chaymae, the representative student, said that students were leaving with knowledge, friendships, and strong belief in international cooperation. Students were leaving as enriched future administrators with broader minds.
The training program was delivered under the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between BAI and ENSA. Against the backdrop of deepening China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in the new era, BAI has been actively responding to the China-Africa People-to-People Exchange Partnership Initiative. It will remain committed to strengthening ties with leadership academies and administration institutes across African nations.
