Beijing,
June 17, 2025 - Beijing Administration Institute successfully held
the China-Vietnam-Laos Academic Seminar themed “Exchange and Mutual
Learning: Advancing the New Journey of the Party’s Theoretical
Innovation”, aiming to deepen the building of a community with a
shared future among neighboring countries through theoretical
dialogue.
Building
on the long-term friendly cooperation between China, Vietnam and
Laos, the seminar focused on the development of innovative theories
of the ruling parties in each country and set up two sub-forums on
theoretical connotation and practical application. Representatives
from the Hochiminh National Academy of Politics Region 1 Hanoi, Ho
Chi Minh City Cadre Academy, and Laos’ Vientiane Capital
Administration Academy gathered at the Beijing Administration
Institute.
Scholars from the three nations held discussions from both historical and realistic standpoints, and offered in-depth interpretations of the innovative theoretical accomplishments of each country's ruling party through a systematic approach. By delving into the core of these theories and sorting out their evolutionary trajectories, they have infused academic insights into fortifying the ideological underpinning of the community with a shared future among neighboring countries.
At the conference, scholars from all countries reached a significant consensus: to eliminate cognitive gaps through cultural dialogue, settle developmental divergences via mutual trust and cooperation, keep deepening comparative studies on the innovative theories of the parties, and actively explore paths for standardized collaboration in grassroots governance.
